Dental malpractice litigation
Since our firm limits its practice primarily to dental malpractice litigation, we have access to dental experts in all of the specialties of dentistry. As a result of these relationships, we have acquired considerable knowledge, skill, and training, which provides the sound foundation for competent and vigorous representation of injured dental patients. Additionally, our firm believes in using technology for the benefit of our clients. We have developed a methodology for scanning original dental records and dental x-rays in the hands of negligent dentists (and their counsel), and these records are usually inspected and scanned prior to depositions. Diagnostic copies of original films and x-rays are then sent to a dental expert. Furthermore, we are respected by the insurance companies who defend and indemnify the dentists, as well as the attorneys who represent dentists in malpractice litigation.
