For more than a decade he was associated with the law firm of Grutman, Miller and Greenspoon and developed a broad range of experience in various areas of personal injury law practice. Since the mid-90s he has achieved significant success in labor law accident site litigation and medical malpractice litigation. In 1996, he and James Lutfy formed "Lutfy & Santora," who became principal counsel for "Connecticut Indemnity," a dental malpractice insurance carrier who provided counsel for dentists being sued for dental malpractice. For the last 10 years, despite remaining active in other kinds of personal injury litigation, he has devoted the lion's share of his time in representing patients in dental malpractice litigation.
